About Us

Flora Chéron and Héléna Lefeuvre, co-managers of the Notre Chez Vous concierge service.

After several years' experience in the concierge, hygiene and tourism sectors in Le Mans and abroad, we decided to join forces to pursue our shared passion for professional short-term rental management.

The history of Notre Chez Vous

We met at a concierge service in the Sarthe region, where we were branch manager and operational manager respectively, managing around a hundred short-term rentals in our beautiful region.

Thanks to our complementary experiences and shared requirements, Notre Chez Vous is dedicated to providing the made-to-measure service that your exceptional properties deserve.

It was in Sydney, Australia, that I discovered the world of luxury short term rental management. As operations manager, I had the pleasure of managing over 1,500 homes and as many owners. Back in Le Mans, I moved into the real estate sector as a transaction advisor. It was during this experience that I discovered all the short-term rental potential of my home town, and I was able to help several landlords with their enquiries.

As a receptionist in outdoor establishments, I have welcomed many visitors from all over the world. I was lucky enough to be able to give guided tours of a château in the Loire Valley, where I was able to talk to visitors about the beauty of France's heritage.

Driven by the desire to welcome and share the history of our region and our gastronomy, it was with obvious pleasure that I decided to pool our knowledge of the tourism and accommodation market to create our own short term rental management agency
