The two lounges are ideal for entertaining family and friends, and why not your business colleagues for company seminars.
On the second floor are two spacious master suites, each with a comfortable double bed and private bathroom.
A washing machine is available in the laundry room on this landing.
There are two bedrooms on the top floor, one with a single bed and the other with two single beds. On this same landing, you'll have access to a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Linen and WIFI are provided.

The Patis St Lazare neighborhood is a 2-minute drive from the ring road and 5 minutes from the train station.
A pharmacy and tobacconist are nearby.
A 4-minute walk will take you to a super U supermarket and a gas station.
The Patis St Lazare market is held every Saturday from 6 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and is a popular meeting place for many of the town's western residents.
The area is very quiet, with a number of small shops (butcher, baker, bank, post office....). There are also many mancelles, typical local houses.
Setram bus line 4 will take you to the city center, where you can catch the streetcar to the university and the 24 Hours of Le Mans racetrack via Gare Nord station.
